You are welcome to my humble mineral collection.
I have a collection in my apartment that's sorted systematically, but
since this is such a flexible media, it is possible to browse my
collection in a number of ways.
Some minerals is photographed, but doesn't show up anywhere else. Some are
sorted in systematically order in the mineral database, some together
with a description of the locality. But all pictures are collected in
the raw list I made for my own sake to keep things under control.
Please be patient, many links doesn't work and many pages is in an early stage
of development.
This site is under constant development, but with over 250 pages and 350
pictures, it should contain something of interest.
 If this isn't the
first time you visit my site, there are now a news page
that tracks the development of this site. Every addition or major change will
be listed here.
I am always open for trade or to sell some minerals (It helps keeping
my car running) if you are interested in obtaining some of the stones,
drop me a letter and I try to read it as fast as I can.

A systematic mineral list (with pictures)
that someday will contain descriptions of all Swedish minerals.
I work on it whenever I have time, but for the time being it's
not so complete (about 160 minerals described).

The summer of 98 looks to contain the following trips.
- Santorini, my first visit on a volcano.
- A couple of trips up to the Skellefteå mining field.
- Norway about 1 week in the autumn. (Mo i Rana - Nasafjäll - Fauske - Sulitelma) (maybe)
- Finland 5-6 days (Haapaluoma - Viitaniemi - Outokumpu) (probably another year)
- Bergslagen : Group travel with Västerbottens Amatörgeologiska förening :
Långban, Håkansboda, V. Silvberg, Norberg, Bastnäs, Lovisa ...
- Mineral fair in Västerås ( October 3-4 ), then maybe a trip around
Bergslagen (Långban - ... - Sjögruvan ) or some other places in the area.

Photo album
of various mineral related visits.

Odd minerals and pages.
The background is a piece of rosy quartz, probably from the Bjurholm area,
about 80 km from Umeå. I found it at the backyard together with some
other stones, but that is a totally different story.
The so popular link list is reduced to some few good links, there's other
that's better than me to collect links.
